  1. BOOT CAMP
    BOOT CAMP
    Boot camp is a very active and energy filled class. We like to incorporate cardio burst and weights, which vary with every class. Throw in some resistance bands and an exercise ball to keep you on our toes. Our boot camp gives your whole body a work out all at once.
  2. POWER CORE
    POWER CORE
    Our Power core class gives you a core focused workout with challenging core moves including planks, superwoman holds, various crunches and of course a bit of cardio. We also incorporate free weights into some or all of these moves. You can't go wrong with Power Core!
  3. ZUMBA
    ZUMBA
    We offer a variety of fun, movin' and groovin' Zumba classes! There are a handful of different instructors who offer well instructed and easy to follow classes. There are some classes that incorporate a step into the dance moves...it's so much fun!
  4. SPIN
    SPIN
    Come spin with us! Our spin class will get your heart rate pumping and burn those calories. Our fun music mix will make those hills even easier to conquer. Get lean and toned on the bike in our spin class.
  5. STEP
    STEP
    Move those legs. Pump those arms. Pull those knees. Kick those feet. Its invigorating and fun all at the same time. Our step classes are designed to get your heart pumping while working your whole body throughout the entire class. (This is a more basic step class)
  6. BODY PUMP
    BODY PUMP
    If you like a good heavy lifting class that will keep you moving, this one's for you! Join us for some intense light to heavy barbell workouts. It will work your whole body, beginning with lighter weights and gradually adding more, your body will be sure to respond and burn calories all day long!
  7. TOTAL BODY
    TOTAL BODY
    Our total body class is just that... a great workout from head to toe! We like to use free weights, barbells, resistance bands, our own body weight and much more. Our music pumps us up and we keep moving the whole class. Sometimes a quick jog outside is in the books...
  8. DANCE TONING
    DANCE TONING
    Dance those calories away with some hip shaking moves. We like to challenge you by adding some step moves and some light weights to our workouts. Don't let that scare you away, this class is for everyone, no matter what your dance skills may be!
  9. HI/LOW DIVA CARDIO
    HI/LOW DIVA CARDIO
    Our Hi/Low diva cardio class is an advanced version of our step class. If you like step and have some experience, this class will keep you moving. The music will get you going and the pace quickens throughout the whole workout. Finish it off with a few light weights and your workout is complete!
